Shipping & Payment
We will process your orders once you place your order.
We will inform you on the availability of your selection or choice of products.
Once we have finalised the stock availability with you, you may proceed to make payment.
No changes can be made after order has been finalised.
We will only order the stock after confirmation of purchased is endorsed or by purchase order or full payment.
Stocks are usually available for delivery 4-6 weeks after confirmation/payment.
Due to the covid-19, supplies from overseas are delayed due to stricter international shipping policy, do expect 2-4 weeks of delay.
We use local courier service to deliver to your doorstep.
We will arrange with you to confirm the delivery date before making the delivery.
Delivery is FREE for orders more than SGD500.
A flat fee of SGD30 will be charged for order less than SGD500.
Please note that we are able to deliver to all parts of Singapore except:
Singapore offshore islands
Changi Airport transit lounges
Bukit Gombak Camp and Paya Lebar Airport
Changi Airfreight Centre
Please enquire with us for shipping to other countries.
All our prices are in Singapore Dollars.
i. For MOE Schools and all government agencies, payment will be made by einvoice through vendors@gov.
ii. For all other customers, payment maybe made by PAYNOW, Bank Transfer and Cheque once the order is finalised.
